Do I need a driver’s license to rent an e-bike?
No. That is one of the reasons e-bikes work so well here — anyone comfortable on a bicycle can ride one.
How does the electric assistance work?
The motor helps you while you pedal, so hills and longer distances take much less effort. We will show you how to use the assistance before you head out.
Is it hard to ride?
No. If you can ride a regular bicycle you can ride an e-bike. The assistance makes the ride easier, not harder, and most people feel comfortable within a couple of blocks.
How long can I rent an e-bike for?
By the hour, in a 3-hour block, or for a full day from 9 am to 6 pm. The rate for each option is listed in the booking panel on this page.
Where do I pick up the e-bike?
At our shop in downtown Puerto Vallarta. We are open Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 17:00.
Where can I go with it?
The Malecón and nearby neighborhoods, beaches, cafes and shops. Because you are not worrying about parking, an e-bike lets you see more of the city in less time and with less effort.
